Reiki
What is it?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The Reiki method vitalizes your life force and balances the energy in your body. It is administered by a Reiki practitioner laying hands on or above the client's body with the intent to direct energy into the body of the receiver.

A Reiki session is non-invasive; it is a light touch on several areas of your body throughout the session. This is usually done in a laying down position, but can be sitting or standing depending on the comfort level of the person. Reiki is administered while fully clothed.
